Exclusive Appraisal Source began as a specialized equipment repair facility 36 years ago servicing fortune 500 companies. Known as the “Go to guys” every task was performed with the highest quality while preserving safety and keeping the clients time sensitive needs first.

The company performed services such as equipment repair, preventive maintenance, hydraulics, welding, electrical, fabrication and safety updates, serving businesses in all industries and working in every type of environment.

The need for an appraisal based organization grew out of the request of industry leaders needing equipment liquidated, procured and appraised, while still maintaining the same high standards and attention to detail that they had become known for.

In the past several years our medical equipment appraisers developed a discipline of inspecting medical equipment for bank loans, tax purposes, and business sales.

Our team of certified equipment appraisers is diverse in nature, and some of the key members include professionals from the aerospace industry that were involved in the design and production on the X-51 project for the Air Force. All equipment appraisers meet the IRS definitions for “Qualified Appraisers” doing qualified appraisals.
